They say that “love goes through the stomach”, and here at Stella Maris Shore House, we’ve taken this proverb to heart.
In our kitchen, we adhere to the principles of authenticity and a love for the craft. We take pride in using only the finest regional products, ensuring that the majority of our ingredients tell a story – from fresh farm produce to locally crafted specialties.
We serve all our hotel guests a rich breakfast with many regional products. We attach great importance to a fresh preparation. We regularly cater for specific dietary choices and/or requirements. Just give us some advance notice please.

Our conservatory is open Friday to Sunday from 1pm to 5pm. We serve real barista coffee, tea and small sweets from our own kitchen or handmade from the neighbourhood.
As we have no restaurant, we offer our guests a selection of delicacies on a shared platter in the evening if ordered in advance.

Our bar has a small but fine selection of drinks. Ideal to end the day in our conservatory or lounge and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings.
